For our factory in the province of Verona we are looking for:

Technical Trainer HeavyEquipment - Formatore Tecnico (M/F)

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Trainer to join our Service team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to our official Dealers from many foreign countries.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs on various sideloader models.
• Conduct classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and on-site training sessions on sideloader operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• The role will also be involved in providing technical support both in remote and onsite
• Handle customer service issues
• Collaborate with other departments, such as service and sales, to ensure training programs align with business objectives.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a technical maintenance and/or instructor of a relevant field (e.g., heavy equipment, industrial machinery).
• In-depth knowledge heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
